All order minimums are before shipping.

We are reducing Minimum Opening Orders to $150 for a limited time until further notice. Updated 3/14/2023
Wholesalers must provide a valid Reseller ID in order to qualify for reduced Minimum Opening Order.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.


HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Please email wholesale@beaheart.com with any questions about your order and they will assist you in getting your order processed.

ONLINE SALES


Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, traveling retail/pop-up shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling Be A Heart merchandise on any other online retail outlet. Be A Heart merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, Walmart Market, Poshmark, any other re-selling site or any other means.


WHOLESALE PRICING


Wholesale pricing is displayed on https://wholesale.beaheart.com/ when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.

 

SELLING OUR PRODUCTS

All items must be sold at Minimum Retail Price (MRP) indicated on the line sheet and through the online portal.

Failure to do so may result in suspension of your wholesale account and/or revoked ability to order from our shop. We will contact you and request an update of the MRP within 5 business days before making any motion to suspend your account.

Refer to www.beaheart.com for the most up-to-date MRPs, including sale prices.

Wholesalers can sell our products at more than the MRP listed on our website, but not less.

E-commerce and brick-and-mortar wholesalers must indicate on their website that the product is associated with the brand "Be A Heart". Failure to do so may result in suspension of your wholesale account and/or revoked ability to order from our shop.

Tags and packaging may not be removed from products before selling.

eCommerce wholesalers who pre-order or order products that have not yet launched on beaheart.com's retail site must wait until products are launched to the public before launching on their own site. It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to stay up to date on when products are launched.

eCommerce retailers may not outbid Be A Heart's Google ads.


PAYMENTS


Be A Heart accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).


SHIPPING


Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Be A Heart makes every attempt to ship out orders within two (2) business days, however please allow up to five (5) business days for order processing and fulfillment.

We ship out of our warehouse in San Antonio, TX, USA.


CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS


Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email wholesale@beaheart.com with your request and we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.
Our warehouse ships out orders very quickly and we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications can be made upon request.


RETURNS


No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.


DAMAGES & DEFECTS & ORDER MISTAKES


Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You must contact wholesale@beaheart.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments, or if you have received an item that you did not order. We typically do not require a return of damaged merchandise, but please verify via email to confirm. We will issue credit for the value of the damaged product that can be used toward a future order, which does not expire, OR we will ship out a replacement product for the damaged item.

International orders outside the US will receive store credit towards their next order for the cost of damaged merchandise.

We do not reserve product inventory for replacement. If your item is out of stock, we will issue a credit for the item.

If you have received an item you did not order by mistake, please email wholesale@beaheart.com and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis. You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment if you were charged for items by mistake or received items you did not order.

 

MISSING PACKAGES

Any missing packages of orders that have not yet been delivered must be reported to wholesale@beaheart.com within 45 days from order date.

Missing packages are the responsibility of the buyer and must be reported to the appropriate shipping carrier. A claim must be filed within 60 days from order date with the shipping carrier in order to be eligible for free product replacement from Be A Heart.

Once a claim is made with the shipping carrier, Be A Heart must receive insurance claim compensation from the shipping carrier before processing a free product replacement order.

 

ZIP CODE PROTECTION

We no longer offer a zip code protection program beginning April 1, 2023. If you have any questions, please email wholesale@beaheart.com. Updated 3/14/2023.

Be A Heart does not guarantee and/or accept Zip Code Protection requests from customers. We do however reserve the right to minimize the amount of retailers in one area. We will do our best but please understand as a growing business we will not solely protect any one boutique.
