We offer a limited zip code protection program. You may request to be considered for zip code protection by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with more information.
Be A Heart does not guarantee and/or accept Zip Code Protection requests from customers. We do however reserve the right to minimize the amount of retailers in one area. We will do our best but please understand as a growing business we will not solely protect any one boutique.
To activate Zip Code Protection, each shop must first be approved by a Be A Heart wholesale rep or manager for the zip code protection program. Once approved, each shop must order $1500 of product per quarter to qualify.
Zip Code Protection will only apply for 90 days from the last day of the previous quarter where quota for status was reached.
Be A Heart will only protect the shipping address zip code of each shop, and NOT surrounding zip codes, entire cities, or greater areas.
If a shop does not meet the $1500 per quarter quota, it will automatically deactivate the Zip Code Protection Status at the end of the quarter.
If you wish to activate it again, you must reach out to email@example.com to reactivate your Zip Code Protection status. Once status is lost, it is not guaranteed that it will be approved again.
Approximately two weeks before the end of each quarter, we will send an email to all shops with Zip Code Protection who have not met quarterly quotas. You will have until the end of the quarter to make any final orders to maintain Zip Code Protection status.
Shops will be notified via email if Zip Code Protection status is lost.
We reserve the right to deactivate your Zip Code Protection Status at any time, despite quotas met.
Be A Heart reserves the right to change this policy at any time. We will notify you if any changes are made.
